Store Credit / Exchanges
We take pride in our quality and service, so first and foremost, we want to make sure you as the customer are always 100% happy with your experience at Down Home. For returns for store credit or exchanges (US ONLY): If you are looking to make an exchange or get store credit, the shipping is then free to send back the product. This is done as long as it is within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and also the item(s) are unworn and unaltered in any way. Please email info@downhomeus.com with order information and what you would like to exchange and we will send you a prepaid shipping label and form to include with with the item(s). Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange once it comes in and to get your exchanged items or store credit back to you.
